This website was originally conceived as a way to showcase my comic book illustration and general illustrations. It’s taken a very long time to get to this stage (6 years in total) but I should hopefully be updating this section more in the coming 6 months as comics and the illustrated form of telling a story becomes my one focus and priority.
Coffee Beans
My first ever fully fledged attempt at a comic is ‘Coffee Beans’. This is a story that was originally submitted as part of the 2009 Observer/Comica/Jonathan Cape ‘Short Graphic Story’ competition. Sadly the entry didn’t win, however I feel that the story deserves a wider audience and so it’s being offered for everyone who wants to read it.
